SUV Crashes Into Two Vehicles, Including Davenport Police Cruiser, After Running Stop Sign
Schedule a Free ConsultationDavenport, Fla. (July 05, 2026) – An SUV crash involving two vehicles, including a Davenport Police Department squad car, occurred Sunday afternoon after the driver allegedly ran a stop sign, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Authorities said the SUV failed to stop at a posted stop sign and struck two vehicles, one of which was a Davenport police squad car. Troopers responded to the scene and began investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
Officials have not released additional details regarding any injuries, the identities of those involved, or whether any citations were issued.
The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
