Orlando, FL (June 05, 2026) – A fatal two-vehicle crash occurred at an Orlando intersection after a driver allegedly ran a stop sign, resulting in the death of one motorist on Saturday evening.
According to reports, the collision took place at the intersection of Wyndham Lakes Boulevard and Caneel Bay Boulevard. Preliminary findings from the Florida Highway Patrol indicate that a driver traveling northbound on Caneel Bay Boulevard failed to stop at a posted stop sign and entered the intersection, striking the driver’s side of a westbound vehicle on Wyndham Lakes Boulevard.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim dead from injuries sustained in the crash. The driver accused of running the stop sign suffered minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision. No additional information has been released as the investigation remains ongoing.
