Orlando Crash on John Young Parkway Leaves Two Dead After Car Enters Retention Pond
Schedule a Free ConsultationOrlando, Fla. (June 19, 2026) – Two people were killed in a crash Friday morning along John Young Parkway in Orlando that ended with a vehicle in a nearby retention pond, according to officials.
Authorities said the fatal crash occurred when a car left the roadway and entered a retention pond near John Young Parkway. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but both occupants were pronounced dead as a result of the incident.
Officials have not yet released the identities of the victims, pending notification of next of kin.
The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation as authorities work to determine what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway.
